The greatest things about life.

Mainly, I have an OCD problem in two areas:

1. My bed.
I learned a little too late, that in college,
people don't respect your personal space,
and my bed is the most personal of my spaces.
But I fixed the problem by buying another bedspread:
one for recreational use, and one for practical use.
One for guests, and one for myself.
One for decoration, and one for sleeping, if you will.
Now when people come and lazily drape themselves
and their germy clothes across my bed, I am protected.
(You spend more time in your bed than in any
other place, so think about that).

2. Books.
I love to read, it turns out.
But I also love to watch Gossip Girl from the
beginning for the first time,
and go on hikes, and trips, and go skiing.
So I start books a lot and don't finish them.
The main reason this is a problem,
is when I start a book near the end of a break
between semesters, and then start school
again without finishing it.
It's a problem because teachers expect you to read
other books for their classes,
and I cannot start a new book without finishing the old one first.
So I haven't done much reading
for school this semester, which is fine,
but I did make a goal to finish
A Million Miles in a Thousand Years
so I could start doing my homework.

IT IS MY FAVORITE BOOK.

I'm not kidding. It is one of the greatest books
I have ever read, and if you haven't
read it, you need to go buy it. BUY.
And read it. Immediately.

As for my plan to do homework.
I can't.
Sorry.
I have other things to do.
So I started some other books and finished them
and forgot about Gossip Girl and hiking and skiing
and other things. And look:

3 new favorite books. Read them all.
